Really good room, clean, great services, was awesome. Delicious restaurant, best vibes and view. Paramount location, central to shopping, easy access to subway. Modern with traditional Japanese accents. Friendly and well trained staff. Comfortable bed, must-have Tower View. Spacious bathroom, best robes. Complimentary wasabi crackers. Delicious breakfast. Pool and spa.

Located near the Imperial Palace area, Andaz Tokyo offers easy access to major train stations and is just a short metro ride from Haneda airport. The hotel also provides stunning views of Tokyo Tower and a chic, modern design throughout. Guests praise the spacious rooms with comfortable beds, as well as the specialized toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast spread is impressive, and the lobby offers a refreshing selection of snacks and drinks. the hotel provides convenient facilities such as umbrellas in the rooms and personalized amenities for children.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff was caring and polite. The room facilities were excellent, always kept extra clean and refreshed by the room services staff. The breakfast was of very good quality and the tea and coffee served were excellent. The spa services were great, and I had an amazing massage. I also loved the calm and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, and the view from my room was fine. The location in the Toranomon neighborhood was ideal, central to major shopping areas and just a short walk to the nearest subway station.

The view from the room was breathtaking, especially the Tokyo Skytree. Room height was impressive. Buffet breakfast and evening cocktail at The Tavern were delightful. The wooden furniture added a pleasant atmosphere. The tuai-perfumed cosmetic products were a nice touch. Access security protocol was reassuring. The staff were professional and welcoming.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly. the room was spacious and beautifully designed with exclusive amenities. the indoor pool and spa area were top-notch, providing ultimate relaxation with luxury features. the restaurant served delicious meals with impeccable service.
The only minor issue was the location, not directly located off any transit line. While it was a short walk to multiple train/subway stations, it was not ideal for exploring the city by foot.
